Mike and I fell in love with Anna Maria Island on Florida’s Gulf Coast on our first holiday here, just six years ago. With average temperatures of 84° F/26° C, exquisite white sandy beaches and the clearest blue Gulf seas, Anna Maria offers complete, indulgent relaxation. And the island has its own “Old-Florida Charm” low rise houses, tropical plantings, quirky shops, and world class dining.

We now own seven wonderful homes that we share with treasured guests. All our villas are luxurious, and stylish, and all were chosen for their fantastic, often waterfront, locations with breathtaking views.

Mike and I, have always been very passionate about the sustainability of our food, our homes and the environment. Through our Pineapplefish villas and other Anna Maria programmes, such as The Pine Avenue Restoration Project, we intend to bring environmentally friendly initiatives to the island, such as solar heating for our swimming pools, to energy efficient building materials in the commercial buildings we are developing on Pine Avenue. Pine Avenue Restoration is an idea born out of a desire to preserve the original vision for a Pine Avenue promenade and to protect the critical and extremely limited ‘historic boutique business district’ of Anna Maria. Mike and I and 2 other investors Mike Coleman and Ed Chiles are developing the Pine Avenue properties with historically compatible structures housing first floor boutique retail shops and one residential floor on top. The look will take inspiration from the historic cottages that are currently interspersed on the street and existing historic buildings will be renovated where possible. Our vision is to re-create the Pine Avenue promenade and preserve a little of Old Florida for future generations to enjoy. Visit our news sections for more and updates on the project.
