We are delighted to welcome you to view Mintfish, our latest, exclusive waterfront home on Florida Anna Maria Island. For those of our guests that have enjoyed our property Honeyfish, Mintfish is located nearby, so shares the same wonderful views across Bimini Bay.
Being on the bayside, Mintfish captures the most beautiful sunrises, be it, inside the house or outside, you will never be able to miss them. All around this home, Royal Palms have been planted, giving a real sense of grandeur. The beautiful, natural swimming pool and jacuzzi take centre stage, with plenty of seating and table and chairs for entertaining, scattered around the expanse of space.
Inside, Mintfish enjoys a large open plan living space, perfect for larger groups of families and friends. Enjoy the lounge area and catch a game on the large flat screen TV with Cable TV, or sit in the big comfy chairs alongside the huge picture windows to relax and contemplate whilst taking in the views across the water. The modern, full kitchen, with all the appliances you need, is so sociable - up to 6 guests can pull out a stool at the big breakfast counter and chat with the designated 'chef'. And, a dining table to seat 8 again enjoys a great position alongside the windows.
Mintfish will accommodate up to 10 guests, in 4 bedrooms. Choose from the master suite with king bed with high ceilings and soft cool blue tropical decor and furnishings, or sunshine yellow guest suite with queen bed and a further guest suite with queen bed, in sumptuous, delicious pink, with an enormous floor standing gilded mirror and beautiful chandelier. And, for the children a funky spacious room with 2 double bunks (4 beds), bean bags and fuss ball table. Each bedroom is furnished with quality mattresses, soft duvets and pillows and beautiful linens, with flat screen TV's and each has it's own luxurious and spacious bathroom (3 en-suite).

Weekly rental at Mintfish is $2,800 duringlow season and $3,300 in the high season.
