The Anna Maria Island Historic Green Village is a development of over 8,000 square foot; a combination of a number of historic properties, including a 1935 Sears Catalog Cottage and new, beautifully designed and compassionately integrated buildings.

The Anna Maria Island Historic Green Village is likely to become home to a medical centre, a gallery, retail and cafe space, as well as beautiful gardens for the public to enjoy. And, more importantly, the complete development will be powered by green electricity!

Pine Avenue Restoration is an idea born out of a desire to preserve the original vision for a Pine Avenue promenade and to protect the critical and extremely limited ‘historic boutique business district’ of Anna Maria. Mike and I and 2 other investors Mike Coleman and Ed Chiles are developing the Pine Avenue properties with historically compatible structures housing first floor boutique retail shops and one residential floor on top. The look will take inspiration from the historic cottages that are currently interspersed on the street and existing historic buildings will be renovated where possible.
