Cherryfish is a beautifully presented home, with attention to detail and interior design features throughout. Wrapped around the house, is a feature terrace overlooking the front steps and to the side of the house over the pool area. A great place to sit and chat or enjoy a book and a glass of wine. The large lap pool is nestled amongst landscaped gardens and has plenty of space for enjoying dinner and BBQ’s with the whole family on the patio.
Inside there are 3 bedrooms on the main living floor. Two spacious Queen rooms, one with it’s own en-suite, and the second that shares a bathroom with Bedroom 4: a room most suitable for children, with 2 bunk beds. Upstairs, enjoying the privacy of it’s own floor, is the master suite: a gorgeous space featuring a King bed, with a private balcony, from which you can open the doors, lie in bed and look out across Tampa Bay. This suite also has his and hers walk in wardrobes and a bright en-suite bathroom with a beautiful roll top bath and a separate, double walk in shower. From the balcony there is also access to a look-out tower. Climb the spiral staircase and enjoy stunning 360 degree views of the island from the top!

Additional fees: 11.5% tax, $200 cleaning and $100 administration Security deposits are required: minimum $1000 advanced rental charge.
All payments are made to Sato Real Estate and are payable in US Dollars. Peak and High Season: Saturday to Saturday bookings, minimum 7 nights. Low Season allows more flexibility (minimum 4 night stay).

Cherryfish is located on the corner of South Bay Blvd and Seagull Way, in a treelined road with only a few houses in the cul-de-sac. Take a left onto South Bay Blvd, and cycle 2 minutes and reach one of our favourite restaurants, The Waterfront. Great food, a great atmosphere and the best island cocktails, it also has views out across Tampa Bay Beach and the City Pier, our top visitor destination on Anna Maria Island. Along this stretch you will also come across Two Scoops our famous ice cream palor and Pine Avenue, the commercial centre of Anna Maria Island. Here you will find wonderful boutique shops, rental stores, diners, the General Store, the Historic Green Village (a beacon for global green developments) as well as our wonderful Historical Society, a must visit on the island! At the top end of Pine Avenue (which will take no more than 2 minutes on your bike), are the Gulf beaches and the famous Sandbar Restaurants. Take a right from Loquat onto South Bay Boulevard and you will within a few minutes find yourself at the marina, where Ocean Star, our fabulous, relatively new Japanese restaurant can be found.
