Mintfish is one of the most exclusive waterfront vacation homes on Anna Maria. And one of two in our collection, alongside Honeyfish sitting on the edge of Bimini Bay, surrounded by deep sail boat water. The outside features of this house are truly stunning. The large, natural swimming pool takes center stage and is surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens, including majestic royal palms!
There is an abundance of decking featuring loungers, dining tables and chairs, and lots of seating, so that friends and families can really indulge in the beautiful outdoors at this house. Many of our Mintfish guests enjoy fishing from the decks, or getting out on the water, hiring kayaks, or jet skis, and even boats that can be kept at the house throughout the duration of your stay.
Mintfish is a very large and spacious property. A single storey building, the complete breadth of the house faces the Bay and with floor to ceiling windows across the whole of the main living quarters, you can enjoy this beautiful vista from anywhere in the house. Easily accommodating 8 guests in four bedrooms, the main living area is open plan, making it a great social house.
The high spec kitchen is a chefs delight and with a lengthy breakfast bar it’s great to pull up a chair and enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching your designated cook at work. The lounge area features double sofas and a large flat screen TV, with DVD player. There are also a couple of chaise longue looking out across the water, from which to catch up on a book, or merely enjoy the views and watch dolphins, fishermen, and kayakers who often meander past.
The four bedrooms consist of a beautiful and spacious master suite, with large a walk in closest and expansive bathroom with double sinks and double, walk in shower. There is also an opulent second Queen suite with large freestanding ornate mirror and crystal chandelier, with a round feature bath, and walk in shower in it’s ensuite. This bedroom also has double doors leading out to the garden area, perfect for getting out to the pool for an early morning swim, or for watching the sunrise from the comfort of your bed! The third bedroom also features a Queen bed, and again has it’s own shower en-suite. And the fourth bedroom is perfect for the kids:, double bunk beds, comic book style decor, bean bags and a foosball table!
Mintfish is a fabulous, fun and stunning rental home, truly encapsulating the outdoor culture, peace and tranquility of our island. Relax, unwind and enjoy your home from home at Mintfish and experience the best Anna Maria vacation!
We take several vacations a year and this rental was probably the best we've stayed in. As soon as we walked in the front door we knew we had made a great choice!Trip Advisor Guest: 'njoylif'

Mintfish has a specatcular waterfront location. A corner plot on the edge of Bimini Bay, it’s views out across the water are truely stunning and beatifully serene. The house itself its tucked away at the top end of Bayview Place, just off of South Bay Boulevard where, with a 5 minute cycle ride along to your left, you will reach the Waterfront Restaurant, one of our best island restaurants and cocktail bar, and City Pier and Pine Avenue, our island’s top visitor destination and the commercial centre of Anna Maria Island. Here you will find wonderful boutique shops, rental stores, diners, the General Store, the Historic Green Village (a beacon for global green developments) as well as our wonderful Historical Society, a must visit on the island! At the top end of Pine Avenue (which will take no more than 2 minutes on your bike), are the Gulf beaches and the famous Sandbar Restaurants. Take a right from Bayview onto South Bay Boulevard and you will within a few minutes find yourself at the marina, where Ocean Star, our fabulous, relatively new Japanese restaurant can be found.
