Booking Terms and Conditions
Tarrifs
Prices quoted are based on weekly rental (7 nights) per property for accommodation only
Tarriffs are current and are subject to change without notice. Holiday periods (e.g.:Christmas, Memorial Day Weekend, Thankgiving) are clasified as High Season and are not applicable to any late availability promotional offers, unless stated.
Seasonal Periods
High Season: 17 Nov-30 Nov, 15 Dec-31 August
Low Season: 1 Sept-16 Nov, 1Dec -14 Dec
Additional Charges
Each booking will be subject to an additional 11.5% tax, $100 administration fee per booking and a cleaning bill of $125 for Cherryfish, Plumfish, Chillifish and Berryfish East OR West, and $150 for Lemonfish, Honeyfish and the complete Berryfish unit. Events held at Limefish are subject to $200 cleaning bill.
Deposits
To confirm your booking, we require a minimum $500 deposit. If the booking is not paid by your deposit due date your booking will be automatically cancelled.
A minimum $500 security deposit will also be required and will be refunded at the end of your stay following a check of the property to ensure no damages, breakages, missing property etc.
Balance
The balance of your accommodation must be paid 30 days prior to arrival. We only accept cheque or, cheque or cash on arrival. Those booking late availability deals will need to pay this balance in advance of arrival.
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable if accommodation is cancelled 90 days or less prior to arrival. If a cancellation is made more than 90 days in advance, 75% of your deposit will be refunded.
The same policy applies for reduced stays. If you reduce the length of your stay giving more than 90 days notice your tariff will be adjusted accordingly. If you reduce the length of your stay giving less than 90 days notice of check in you will be charged the full amount. If we are able to re-let the property for the same dates for the same tariff your tariff will be adjusted accordingly.
For availability offers, cancellation policies can be agreed at the time of booking.
Arrivals and Departure
The property will be available for occupancy from 3pm on arrival day and is to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure unless prior arrangements are made with our booking agent. Failure to vacate at the required time will incur a penalty equivalent to one night’s accommodation. Keys are to be returned to the booking agent immediately upon check out.
Cleaning & Laundry
Please assist by leaving the premises clean and tidy. All rubbish should be placed outside the property in the appropriate bins. All linen and towels which are provided in the property should be placed in the laundry/rooms areas, prior to departure. Please also ensure that any furniture that has been moved during your stay in placed back in the original place.
Damages
Guests are responsible for the loss or damage of fittings, fixtures and any items in the premises. Guests will also be responsible for the costs involved to repair lost or damaged keys.
Damage, Loss or Theft of Tenants Property
No responsibility is accepted by either the booking agent or Pineapplefish for guests’ personal property left on the premises. Pineapplefish insurance does not cover the loss of tenant’s belongings.
Pets
Pets are not usually permitted into Pineapplefish Homes. However, it is the discretion of Pineapplefish, so please discuss at the time of booking. If pets are allowed, a fee will be charged to cover pest control to be conducted upon your departure.
Functions/Gatherings
Please discuss with Pineapplefish/Sato regarding utilising any of the Pineapplefish properties for any functions or gatherings and they will be happy to advice.

Maximum Number of Guests
The number of occupants must not exceed the limit allowed per property and must be declared on booking. Should you exceed this amount your booking will be terminated.
Booking Conditions
Advance bookings are accepted in good faith. We cannot however accept responsibility in the following circumstances – malfunction of any inventory items; noise, inconvenience or loss of view caused by building construction on neighbouring or nearby properties. Every attempt will be made to rectify any situation or to offer alternative accommodation in these circumstances.
Descriptions
We are confident that the descriptions of Pineapplefish are accurate and all of our properties are checked regularly to ensure we continue to be so. We want to ensure exceptional high standards continually, but we cannot be held responsible for misinterpretation of our descriptions.
